I took my 2001 740iL to Exclusively Bimmers for 4 years and they did a beautiful job of maintaining my vehicle. I have since moved up to a 2006 750Li and I have them perform any work that is outside of warranty. They are always extremely professional and customer friendly. I have never had a bad experience in the 7 years I have been dealing with them.

I had an older 325 that I brought to Exclusively Bimmers. I must say It needed alot of work..The owner was always fair and reasonable on his pricing.I never felt taken advantage of,and as a female that is very important.And as for the last negative review sounds like they work for another repair shop..Because that sounds VERY out of character for them... :-)

I took my 525 to Exclusively Bimmer and had a very bad experience. He made 2 original bad diagnostics that cost me $700 and took no responsibility for the error. When I took the car to the next mechanic he laughed and got the job done right. The final mechanic said I should have been charged 25% of what I was charged and said the diagnostic test is easy to have figured out what was actually wrong. The owner to Exclusively Bimmer did not take any responsibility of his errors and had a very carefree attitude about spending my money on unnecessary repairs. BE CAREFUL

It's so sad to get anonymous letters like this. Very few companies try harder than us to be fair and get the job done right. We have a 98% retention rate with thousands of happy customers. Some customer's you can't please and I don't even know if this is a real customer.
